Features:

• Design: It is very rigid double column and body bore / rail brackets system Planer fitted with gun metal bushes / ball bearing.
• Bed: Bed is made out of heavy duty alloys grey casting having proper strength and long wearing qualities. The two 'V' guides are accurately hand scrapped upto extreme limits.
• Table: It is of box section with hand scrapped 'V' ways to bear heavy load. Adequate number of 'T' slots are provided to clamp the work piece precisely and securely.
• Gears: All the six gears are of Steel, Oil Trey tank is provided to Lubricate oil while in working Gun Metal Bushes or ball bearing are provided to all the shafts as required.
• Cross Rail: It is of box section heavily ribbed with large surface and is suitable for both hand and automatic horizontal and vertical feeds. Auto lift without electrical is provided.
• Tool Posts: These are made out of close grain casting and steel to stand heavy cut, special type of Dog Clutch Fittings are provided for vertical lifting of the tool post. It can be driven both manually and mechanically.
• Columns: Uprights are of rigid box section firmly, I bottled on the bed for precise alignment are capable of absorbing the Heaviest shocks without vibration.
